I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
My journey in the field began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I later became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) before reaching my goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Over the years, I’ve trained behavior technicians, supervised future clinicians, and worked closely with families and professionals to support meaningful, ethical, and compassionate ABA services.

Through these experiences, I saw a need for training that goes beyond simply checking a box. I wanted to create courses that truly prepare professionals to feel confident in their knowledge and skills. That’s why I founded Sunflower ABA Learning Academy.
